ANNOUNCEMENTS
Communion Sunday
A time of communion will be held on Sunday, November 9. Although we cannot accommodate every dietary need, gluten-free wafers are available at the Welcome Center, or feel free to bring something from home that you can use for communion. If you plan to worship with us from home, please prepare what you need to take communion from where you are.
Reach Out Through the Deacon Team
The Deacon Team provides short-term assistance for the physical and material needs of those in the community and within CBC. It is funded solely by individual contributions, not the church budget. On Sunday, November 9, all undesignated cash will go to this fund. Donate anytime through Realm, cbcpa.org/give, the CBC Marietta app under “Giving” and “Deacon Team Fund,” or by designating “Deacon Team Fund” on a white envelope in the MPR chairs.
Reaching Out at Thanksgiving
The Community Care Center is providing Thanksgiving Food Boxes to families in our community. Additional items have been added to the list! To donate specific items, sign up at cbcpa.org/community. Donations can be dropped off anytime now through Sunday, November 16, at the lateral files between Rooms 106 and 107. Contact Kelsea Hayward in the Church Office at 717.426.1345 or khayward@cbcpa.org with questions.
