I became a Christian at a very young age! I was three when I started to understand how Jesus died on the cross for me. I believed Christ died for my sins. I remember learning about who Jesus is in Sunday school and also at home with my mom. I realized I was a sinner and I was not perfect! I realized at that point that I needed a savior. I was excited to know that I would live eternally with God in heaven.
I have been learning many things from both school and TNT! In school we did a study on peer pressure. I learned how God will always be there for me through my trials, and to help me to know what I believe and help me make the right choices. In TNT our main theme was to “Illuminate”. In that study, I learned how to reach out and share God’s message to other Christians and non-believers.
One way I am growing is that I have learned to trust and rely on Jesus more than ever. Sometimes I rely and trust in Him for help and other times for I rely on Him for encouragement. God has met many needs in my life! He has answered many of my prayers and helps me when I am discouraged.
Psalm 16 :11 says, “You have made known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.”
